Hello everyone and welcome to Igen Weyr!!

Take a moment to introduce yourself and your character(s) while we work on getting this site up and going. Your welcome to start plotting or simply brainstorm for future use. Basicly, I just want to meet everyone so say Hi!!

I'll start! Hi I'm Eisu - mostly known as E.
Starting out with my bronze rider D'tes and Torath from High Reaches Weyr. Hoping to get a Wing meeting session going here very soon for Ingenuity Wing. Since we have so many riders from every Weyr around Pern coming together to make up Igen's two new wings, its more than likely that few will know each other previously. Perfect time for introductions and ironing out everything from scratch. Lets have fun making some first impressions. ^_~

Very soon I'll be bringing one of our first candidates as well in the form of Chedari, a young woman raised in a beastcrafter family. I'm hoping to have her come in with the first Tithe train made up of mostly herdbeast from Keroon to help restock the Weyr in its rebirth. Going to NPC her tagging along with her older brother who will be the Weyr's newly stationed Journeyman Beastcrafter if anyone cares to look at him as a possible side character. Could make for some interesting fun. ^_^

Hey! I'm dreamer, or DL, or amanda, if you want to get ambitious.

I will be creating a currently unnamed Brownrider, probably a Wingsecond, from Fort Weyr.
I'm always open to creating family characters, but I need gentle persuasion to do so.
Also, Eisu, do you have AIM?

I have an old one, but I don't have AIM on my computer anymore so when I am on its through Ebuddy.com. To be honest I am so rarely on AIM... Lol. But if you need to hit me up, I'll fix me up with a new name so I don't get tagged with old people I don't want to be tackled by and get ahold of you. Want me to do that? If there is a big enough consensus to use AIM over YIM I'll totally do it. What does everyone think?

My AIM is FieryInsomniac, if you do decide to get one. I know HG uses AIM, but she might have a YIM as well. I just can't get YIM until I get a new computer, which will happen sometime in the next six months.

But other people should get involved in this discussion?

Hello everyone. I'm Katie...aka hrsegrl (HG)

Currently my character is Weyrwoman Quinn and Gold Tarasaith previously of Fort Weyr. I'd absolutely love to do some plotting with her. (I promise I will finish the bio eventually!)

I ahve a couple characters dangling around in my brain who may or may not be brought to life...we shall see... muahahah.

Hey, hey, Highlighted here (also [e-mail]). I have G'nein and C'nal that would both appreciate friendly interactions, and I'd be more than up for some scheming. I only play male characters, and will happily make relations/possible love connections. I'm considering trying my hand at the last bronzer, or another brown, but we'll see.

I have AIM and YIM, but don't log into them. The best way to reach me is by PM, and I can log into AIM/YIM then.

Hello Katie, Hello Highlighted.

I like the looks of your two riders highlighted. We'll have to get a thread going once we get the go ahead to open. As for the last bronze rider, keep in mind he's the Weyrlingleader (or intentioned to be.) So it will come with some responsiblity tagged on. =P But who said that wasn't fun anyways.

As for the goldie, we'll need to get a thread going with the bronzers and goldie once we open just to make sure everything is smoothed out IC as well OC. ^_~ Will be interesting non-the-less.

Anyone have any friends who might like to come take a look at the site? I think once we get a few threads going people will start popping up, but its always nice to have a few accepted before we get things going.

Oh humm.. I suppose as a mod I should be recruiting... O.o'' I'll work on that in the next few days as well as getting some starter threads typed up so they are ready to post. But for now I have to hop back to laundry... ewwie.

Some of you might remember me. I'm heading away for a long weekend next weekend, so I'll probably just lurk until I get back.

For those of you who remember me, I'm happy to announce that I passed those monster exams and will begin writing the Diss Proposal this fall and then the Dissertation itself! YIKES!

I've not created any charries yet, but I think I'm going to start with a Blue, maybe even Jeyna herself with some alterations.

So hi! And I miss all of you I knew and I'm glad to meet those of you I didn't before.
